Administrative assistant at National Taiwan University
一位積極的助手，可以幫助兩名外國教授完成日常管理任務，例如：
-處理實驗室設備和試劑的訂單，
-管理會計系統，
-管理和翻譯中文電子郵件，
-作為大學教授和行政人員、銷售代表等之間的溝通橋樑，
-協助完成日常文書工作，例如填寫表格，
-其他管理任務
A motivated assistant to help two foreign professors with daily administrative tasks such as:
- passing orders for laboratory equipment and reagents,
- management of the online accounting system,
- monitoring and translating e-mails from Chinese to English,
- facilitating the communication between the professors and the administrative staff of
the university and sales representatives,
- assisting with the routine paperwork such as filling forms,
- Other administrative tasks
理想的申請人將具有以下資格：
-流利的英語
-可以使用中文和英文書寫
-良好的溝通能力
-Word和Excel的基本知識
-具有大學行政或實驗室管理經驗者優先
-具獨立工作和主動解決問題的能力
-對科學有興趣者優先
An ideal applicant would have the following qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Can write in both Mandarin and English
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of word and excel
- Experience in university administration or as a lab manager is preferred
- Capability to work independently and take the initiative to solve problems
- A personal interest in science is a plus
此職缺將花一半的時間在材料科學與工程系，花另一半時間在農業化學系。 工作環境友好及國際化。
In practice, you will spend half of your time at the department of Material Science and
Engineering and half at the Department of Agricultural Chemistry. Friendly and international
working environment.
以經驗和學歷敘薪，薪資從30,000新台幣到45,000新台幣。
The salary commensurate with experience and education level, from 30,000 NTD to 45,000 NTD
per month, starting from Bachelor level. Please provide a copy of your Bachelor or Master
